Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage retention efforts to improve persistence and degree completion.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and referrals to on- and off-campus resources.
• Travel to all Butte College satellite campuses and work some evenings.
• Track student engagement and retention data and report outcomes.
• Collaborate with TRiO team and STEM faculty to support student success.
