The SRNA will join the Inpatient Anesthesia Team in Winston Salem, NC, providing anesthesia during inpatient procedures under supervision. You will support peri-operative care with attention to patient safety and team collaboration.

What You’ll Do as CRNA

As a valued member of our healthcare team, the SRNA will play a key role in team-focused patient care, providing anesthesia using safe and quality techniques during Inpatient Procedures.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Uses medical decision-making skills to determine appropriate patient care plan to ensure peri-operative and anesthesia care, being sensitive to co-morbidities and age & development guidelines.
• Collaborates with medical team when needed for effective team-based care;
• Uphold patient safety, drive quality improvement, and promote infection prevention within job responsibilities and initiatives.
• Document and maintain patient records in compliance with hospital standards, ensuring confidentiality.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility, readiness, and punctuality to deliver timely patient care.
• Exhibit professionalism through teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Contribute to cost containment efforts by conserving resources.

• Currently enrolled in an eligible CRNA program
