Job summary

Central New Mexico Community College is seeking a Student Recruitment Specialist to attract and enroll prospective students through outreach, presentations, and campus events. You will collaborate with staff, faculty, and community partners to expand programs and opportunities for diverse learners.

You will manage inquiries, deliver information sessions, and support orientation efforts while maintaining outreach records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and two years related experience
• Three to four terms as Student Ambassador within the EMSS division
• Resume and cover letter required

Responsibilities

• Assist and maintain communication with prospective students throughout admissions and onboarding
• Promote activities to enhance enrollment and coordinate recruitment events
• Build relationships with staff, faculty, schools, and community organizations
• Respond to information requests, conduct presentations, and perform data entry and reporting
• Assist with orientation presentations and updates to online orientations
• Represent CNM at public events and campus tours
