Mayer Brown is seeking a Manager: Student Recruitment to lead the Charlotte and Washington, DC student recruitment programs. You will partner with firm leadership, hiring partners, and committees to design and execute best-in-class recruitment initiatives for law students, judicial clerks, and fellows.

The role covers Charlotte and DC offices, with responsibilities spanning engagement at schools, on-campus events, and program management to ensure a seamless internship and entry-level hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong knowledge of law firm student recruiting processes.
• Experience recruiting in professional services or law firms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for entry-level associates, summer associates, and clerks.
• Collaborate with partners and committees to develop hiring strategies.
• Plan and manage summer programs, onboarding, training, and evaluations.
