Job summary

Mayer Brown in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Coordinator: Student Recruitment to lead the coordination of law student and summer associate programs for the DC and Charlotte offices. You will work with the US student recruitment team and hiring partners to attract top candidates and support on-campus initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of recruiting or HR/event experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in recruiting, human resources, or events is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates law student recruitment logistics, including campus engagement, interviews, and offers.
• Manages Summer Associate Program logistics, onboarding, mentoring, and evaluation processes.
• Tracks expenses, vendors, and program RSVPs; processes invoices.
• Maintains data in recruiting systems and supports national recruitment initiatives.
• Builds relationships with law schools and supports on-campus visibility.
