Job Summary
Owensboro Community and Technical College is seeking to fill a full-time staff position to support our Student Records Department. This position will assist in the successful maintenance of student records through performing registration functions, supporting daily operations, and communicating with students. This position will report to the college Registrar.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Post and process admission and registration applications.
- Support daily operations and communicate with students.
- Post and process student/employee waivers.
- Post and process home college changes, residency appeals, and academic suspension appeals.
- Maintain confidential information and uphold registrar/records policies regarding confidential and sensitive information, executing discretion daily.
- Support students and the Registrar as an informational resource.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School degree with one (1) year of relevant work experience is required.
- Associate degree with three (3) years of relevant work experience is preferred.
