Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Last Chapter Pub Staff member to deliver high-quality customer service, handle snacks and beverages, enforce laws, check IDs, and operate the POS system. The role includes assisting with events and maintaining a clean bar and kitchen area.

You will need to be a full-time enrolled student (undergraduate or graduate) and be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in a university setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time enrolled student in an Undergraduate Day or Graduate Day Program.
• Able to climb stairs, sit, stoop, walk and carry 50 lbs. as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all SNHU and New Hampshire laws, regulations, and policies.
• Check identification for all guests during wet shifts in accordance with state laws.
• Operate the point of sale system for snacks, smoothies, beer, wine and merchandise.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in a safe, hygienic way.
• Assist with cleaning of bar and kitchen areas and with event setups.
