Job summary

Legends Global is seeking certified Bartenders to join the SNHU Arena team in Manchester, NH on a part-time, event-based schedule. This role is ideal for those with availability on evenings and weekends, serving concerts, shows, private functions, and sports events.

Candidates should have strong bartending skills, excellent customer service, and cash handling knowledge. You will engage guests, prepare beverages, operate POS, and adhere to alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in event venues, arenas, or guest services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare and serve beverage items efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain safe, clean, and sanitary workstations at all times.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions accurately.
• Follow cash handling and inventory control procedures.
• Ensure accurate reporting to the cash control team.
• Coordinate with supervisors and staff to maintain inventory and service.
