Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be academically enrolled in a high school, community college, or university.
• Must meet Academic Standing Requirements; students on academic suspension are not eligible.
• Must meet applicable minimal enrollment standard.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and team.
• Update standard operating procedures and onboarding/offboarding materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate updates and training opportunities.
• Assist with scheduling, calendar organization, and shared space management.
• Support office moves, remodels, and facilities updates.
• Participate in office improvement work groups and events planning.
