Job summary

Georgia Tech’s Office of Undergraduate Education and Student Success seeks a dedicated professional to support Ignite Summer Launch, Momentum Scholars, and related programs. You will promote programs, coordinate events, and manage administrative and financial tasks across campus units.

Strong project management, communication, and collaboration with students, families and partners are essential. The role demands organizing, reporting, and multitasking in a busy university setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Four to six years of job related experience.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to track details and manage timelines.
  • Excellent communication with students, families, campus partners, and external vendors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with faculty, staff, students and families.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Design, promote, and administer program outreach and promotional materials.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate promotional events.
  • Coordinate administrative activities related to program operations, including procurement, records, and meetings.
  • Develop, analyze, reconcile and report financial data for program operations.
  • Develop and maintain performance assessment tools for program review.
  • Collaborate with internal and external entities to support the program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
