• Proactively monitors program performance, prepares reports for metrics, grant requirements, and economic impact, and maintains databases and tracking tools.
• Manages cross-functional alignment and serves as liaison across leadership, clients, staff, faculty, and partners to report status and resolve conflicts.
• Performs day-to-day incubator operations, including process documentation, drafting agreements, program intake, and preparing program impact presentations.
