Job summary

BOCES seeks a Program Manager for Student Programs to oversee the Itinerant Program, Summer School and Driver Education across multiple districts. You will coordinate arts and enrichment initiatives and supervise staff under the ISS division.

The role reports to the Assistant Superintendent for Instructional Support Services, requiring strong leadership, budgeting, and district coordination. A 12‑month position with responsibilities across program evaluation, recruitment, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Certification as NYS administrator certotes for school leadership.
• Five or more years teaching and/or teacher training experience.
• Knowledge supervising arts, enrichment and district staff.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a cohesive vision for Student Programs across districts.
• Supervise and evaluate itinerant teachers and support staff.
• Maintain evaluation records in approved databases.
• Coordinate extracurriculars and enrichment programs with district leadership.
• Plan summer school and driver education programs; manage related budgets.
