Job summary

Church of the City is seeking an Assistant Ministry Support Facilitator to assist in preparing the campus for weekly services and events. You will help facilitate ministry environment setups, ensure spaces are ready, and support custodial tasks throughout the week, including evenings and weekends as needed.

The role requires a Christian in submission to the Scriptures and a proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the facility for weekly services and events.
• Facilitate setup and transitions of ministry environments.
• Ensure spaces are ready for use with proper safety protocols.
• Maintain bathrooms and trash receptacles during mid-week and weekends.
• Assess and address spills, leaks, or clogged toilets.
• Assist with equipment/furniture/decor setup and relocation as needed.
• Open/close and secure campus for events, including evenings/weekends.
• Coordinate with other ministries via supervisor requests.
• Maintain inventory and calendar awareness for room reservations.
