Job summary

Church of the City in Spring Hill, TN is seeking a City Students Pastor to lead theMiddle and High School Ministry. You will guide programming, teach, and mentor students, while building teams and systems that support growth in faith, community, and purpose.

You will collaborate with campus teams, oversee events, and lead a thriving volunteer network. This role requires relational leadership and strategic planning in a dynamic church setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and people development abilities.
• Strong relational and strategic leadership with ministry experience.
• Ability to teach and mentor students while building teams and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Middle/High School Ministry at COTC Spring Hill.
• Develop strategy for student engagement, discipleship and leadership development.
• Oversee weekly gatherings, Sunday Learning Community, and small groups.
• Collaborate on teaching content aligned with COTC vision and values.
• Teach regularly as part of City Students Teaching Team.
• Oversee major events such as The WKND, summer camp, and retreats.
• Lead Youth Alpha as an entry point for students far from faith.
• Develop outreach and school engagement strategies.
