Job summary

Center for Public Partnerships & Research is seeking a student hourly to support the Print Lab in Chalmers Hall. You will monitor and distribute print jobs, restock supplies, assist students, and maintain a professional environment.

Reliable evening/weekend availability is preferred. The role involves helping students calculate print costs, loading BeakEm Bucks for payments, and handling non-technical inquiries, with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience with desktop software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Experience with computer operating systems
• Able to work evenings/weekends
• Experience with printing, scanning, basic algebra

Responsibilities

• Assist students in calculating cost of print jobs; add funds to BeakEm Bucks; answer non-technical questions
• Manage paper, toner, ink; alert staff to low stock conditions
• Maintain and clean computer labs
• Other duties as assigned
