Job summary

Palmer Theological Seminary of Eastern University is hiring Peer Mentors for the CSP to provide social and academic support to students with autism spectrum disorder. Training and supervision are provided; the position requires a commitment of 8-10 hours per week for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Qualified applicants should be a sophomore or above residential undergraduate student in good standing. Preference is given to those with experience with individuals on the autism spectrum or in human

• Sophomore or above residential undergraduate student in good standing is preferred.
• Experience with individuals on the autism spectrum or in human services is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide social and academic support to CSP students.
• Participate in 8-10 hours per week commitment.
• Training and supervision are provided.

The College Success Program for Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (CSP) is looking to hire Peer Mentors for the 2026-2027 academic year to provide social and academic support to students enrolled in the program. Training and supervision are provided. The position requires a commitment of 8-10 hours per week.
