Job summary

The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking Peer Mentors for the College Success Program for Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (CSP) for the 2026-2027 year. Mentors provide social and academic support to students on campus, with training and supervision provided.

The role requires a commitment of 8–10 hours per week and is on-campus in Chesterbrook, PA. Qualified applicants are undergraduates, sophomore or above, in good standing, with preferred experience in human services and/or

  • Sophomore or above residential undergraduate student in good standing.
  • Preference: prior work with individuals on autism or in human services.
  • Valid driver’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide social and academic support to CSP students.
  • Participate in training and supervision; commit 8–10 hours per week.

Do you want to learn more about autism spectrum disorder (ASD) while honing your helping skills in a fun, team-oriented context? Are you patient, organized, self-motivated, and open-minded? The College Success Program for Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (CSP) is looking to hire Peer Mentors for the 2026-2027 academic year to provide social and academic support to students enrolled in the program. Training and supervision are provided. The position requires a commitment of 8-10 hours per week.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants will be a sophomore or above residential undergraduate student in good standing.

The following qualifications are highly preferred but not absolutely required:
