Job summary

The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. seeks Student CareerAmbassadors to support the Career Center in Chesterbrook, PA. This role is Federal Work Study only and focuses on welcoming students, answering questions, and aiding event setup.

You will assist with visitor guidance, distribute materials, coordinate with exhibitors, and help manage event logistics on campus, representing CCD information and university resources. Part-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Fulfill duties as specified under individual roles
• Serve as friendly point-of-contact for all who enter Walton 202 and contact our office
• Provide clerical support to Administrative Assistant
• Assist with student/visitor questions, directions, flow of traffic, etc.
• Assist with event preparation and take-down; work events when scheduled
• Use personal networks to spread CCD information and resources to EU community
• Distribute event flyers throughout campus
• Assist with setting up and coordinating with exhibitors on campus
• Event Assistance including: Serve as day-of support for events and assist with logistical tasks
