Job summary

Palmer Theological Seminary of Eastern University is seeking a student assistant to support campus events and operations at Walton 202. You will help with coordinating events, assisting visitors, distributing flyers, and providing day-of event support in a courteous, professional manner.

Responsibilities emphasize campus engagement, logistical support, and clear communication with staff, exhibitors, and attendees, while upholding university policies and safety guidelines. FWS eligibility applies.

• Fulfill duties as specified under individual roles
• Serve as a friendly point of contact for all who enter Walton 202 and contact our office
• Provide clerical support to Administrative Assistant
• Assist with student/visitor questions, directions, flow of traffic, etc.
• Assist with event preparation and take-down; work events when scheduled
• Use personal networks to spread CCD information and resources to EU community
• Distribute event flyers throughout campus
• Assist with setting up and coordinating with exhibitors on campus
• Event assistance including: Serve as day-of support for events and assist with logistical tasks
