The Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida seeks a student tutor to assist Pharmacy School students outside of regular classes. The tutor provides group or one-on-one instructional support as needed, under the direction of the Director of Student Performance and Retention.
The role emphasizes confidentiality, professionalism, and flexible support to help students improve their performance while reporting progress on a bi-weekly basis.
The student tutor will provide students who need assistance in Pharmacy School with instructional help outside of their normal classes. Assistance is typically provided to groups, but can be offered individually, if a group cannot be formed.
Must possess required knowledge and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.
