Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.

Aufgaben

• Staff the SEAS service desk and greet students, prospective students, campus partners, and visitors.
• Provide general assistance to students served by all SEAS programs.
• Answer phones, assist with general inquiries and appointment scheduling, and support student check-in.
• Develop familiarity with SEAS programs and services to provide general information and connect students with the appropriate staff or program.
• Assist students with navigation of Stan State email, Canvas, student portals, and other University systems.
• Provide general office support including printing, copying, scanning, organizing materials, updating resource information, and preparing program materials.
• Assist with SEAS outreach, events, resource fairs, tabling activities, orientations, workshops, and special projects.
