Job summary

Heart of Florida United Way seeks a program support professional to help high school students prepare for college through readiness planning, mentorship coordination, and intervention services. You will collaborate with schools, families, mentors, and community partners to promote graduation, enrollment, and persistence.

Responsibilities include coordinating college readiness workshops, assisting with SAT/ACT prep, FAFSA guidance, and tracking student progress and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with high school students preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva and Squarespace experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support students in developing post-secondary plans focused on graduation and enrollment.
• Assist with college readiness and preparation, including study skills and career exploration.
• Plan and facilitate college readiness workshops and outreach events.
• Assist with SAT/ACT preparation, college applications, financial aid, and FAFSA completion.
• Monitor student progress and program compliance.
• Maintain confidential student records and document outcomes.
• Support marketing, communications, and outreach efforts.
