Department: Auxiliary Central Storage

Location: Athens Area

Employment Type: Employee

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday‑Friday; schedule accommodates class commitments.

Responsibilities

• Daily invoice reconciliation: accurately enter and maintain daily invoicing data in FoodPro.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of system data across multiple dining units.
• Identify and flag discrepancies or irregularities in system entries.
• Verify accuracy of entered invoice data and correct as necessary; reconcile invoice amounts with Auxiliary Accounts Payable reporting.
• Other systems‑related work as assigned by management.
• Learn key components of FoodPro to help maintain system accuracy and integrity.
• Participate in special projects when required.
• Assist with dining commons menu maintenance or inventory counts as needed.
