Student Office Assistant, Academic & CurriculumSupport
The Student Office Assistant assists with various clerical dutieswithin Academic & Curriculum Support (ACS) as needed.
Job Description
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist with reviewing academic publications and documents foraccuracy, consistency, formatting, and adherence to establishedstandards.
- Identify typographical errors, outdated information, andinconsistencies in curriculum-related materials.
- Organize, sort, and maintain data in Microsoft Excel and otherelectronic records systems.
- Compile and consolidate information from multiple sources intoreports and spreadsheets for review and analysis by the ACSDirector.
- Review meeting agendas, minutes, and supporting materials foraccuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Support special projects and perform other administrativeduties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled as a degree-seeking student at Florida GulfCoast University at the time of hire and throughout theappointment.
- Experience operating a computer and proficient with MicrosoftOffice (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
