Qualifications

• Completion of foundational clinical nursing semester.
• Has obtained approval and basic competency validation of Board approved nursing skills from the nursing educational program.

Responsibilities

• Assist the registered nurse in direct patient care to promote patient comfort and facilitate diagnostic and treatment procedures.
• Work under the direct supervision of the primary RN.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Work within the scope of practice and educational preparation.
• Function as a member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
