Creative Solutions in Healthcare in Texas is seeking a Student Nurse Aide to support residents with daily activities and comfort care. You will perform personal care tasks under supervision, assist with mobility, and ensure cleanliness and safety in resident rooms.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a compassionate attitude. Training opportunities and a supportive environment are provided to help you grow in long-term care settings.

Formación

• Requires completion of 16-hour ADL training from an authorized school/instructor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Exhibits self-discipline, patience, and a passion for serving others.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to follow documentation protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care to residents (grooming, bathing, peri care, dressing) under supervision.
• Change bed linens and manage grooming supplies in rooms.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers using proper body mechanics and devices.
• Routinely reposition residents and monitor skin integrity.
• Support nursing staff with non-nursing tasks (beds, water/ice, call lights, supplies).
• Assist with range of motion exercises and reality orientation.
• Identify and report conditions needing management.
