Creative Solutions in Healthcare in Texas is seeking a motivated Student Nurse Aide to gain real-world experience in long-term care while delivering compassionate resident care. This entry-level role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and strong communication. You will assist with personal care, mobility, and daily tasks under supervision.

The position offers hands-on growth opportunities within a trusted long-term care provider, with a focus on safety, documentation, and resident well-being.

Formación

• Proof of 16-hour ADL training from an authorized school/instructor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong self-discipline, patience and a passion for serving others.
• Ability to follow safety policies and documentation protocols.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to follow documentation protocols.
• Respect for the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care to residents (grooming, bathing, peri care, dressing) under supervision.
• Change bed linens and maintain supplies in resident rooms.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers using proper body mechanics.
• Routinely reposition residents and monitor skin integrity.
• Support nursing staff by completing non-nursing tasks (beds, water/ice, call lights, supplies).
• Assist with range of motion exercises and reality orientation with residents.
• Identify and report conditions requiring management attention.
