Reliability and a patient-centered approach are essential in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, and basic care while collaborating with nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable, trustworthy with attendance and dependability.

• Has completed 16-hour ADL training from an authorized source.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents (grooming, bathing, peri care, dressing) under supervision.
• Change bed linens and maintain resident rooms.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers using proper mechanics and devices.
• Routinely reposition residents and monitor skin integrity.
• Support nursing staff by completing non-nursing tasks (beds, water, calls, supplies).
• Assist with range of motion exercises and reality orientation.
• Identify and report conditions needing attention.
