Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a motivated Student Nurse Aide to join our team in Texas. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in long-term care while delivering quality resident care under supervision.

You will support nursing staff with personal care, mobility, safety, and daily tasks, while learning essential skills in a compassionate, fast-paced environment. Reliability and professional conduct are essential.

Qualifications

• Written proof of 16-hour ADL training from an authorized school/instructor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-discipline, patience, and a passion for serving others.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to follow documentation protocols.
• Respect for Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care to residents (e.g., grooming, bathing, peri care, dressing) under supervision and within the scope of your training.
• Change bed linens and maintain appropriate grooming supplies in resident rooms.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
• Routinely reposition residents and monitor skin integrity.
• Support nursing staff by completing non-nursing tasks such as making beds, passing water/ice, answering call lights, and organizing supplies.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and engage in reality orientation with residents.
• Identify and report any condition that requires management attention.
