Responsibilities

• Assist licensed staff and RN with patient care under supervision.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety; document care in EMR.
• Greet patients and family, assist with daily living activities and reports changes.
• Respond to patient call lights promptly and follow instructor guidance.
