Job summary

The ideal candidate will build authentic relationships, partner with parents, recruit volunteers, and plan weekly ministry, retreats, camps, and mission opportunities while aligning with the church's mission.

Student Ministry Position
Compass Church in Batesville, Arkansas, is looking for aStudent Ministerto lead and disciple our Junior High and Senior High students.

We are looking for someone who genuinely loves Jesus, loves students, and believes in the ministry of the local church. Our desire isn’t simply to find someone who can run a youth program. We want someone who will build relationships, teach God’s Word, develop leaders, partner with parents, and help students become followers of Jesus.
This is afull-time ministry position, primarily responsible for students inJunior High through Senior High. While student ministry will be the primary focus, we are open to shaping other responsibilities around the gifts, experience, and strengths of the person being considered.
