The ideal candidate will provide pastoral leadership to students and young adults, teach scripture expositionally, and integrate student ministry into the broader church mission. Qualifications

• Must meet biblical qualifications for pastoral leadership (1 Timothy 3; Titus 1).
• Deep commitment to the authority of Scripture.
• Teaches in a gospel-centered, Christ-exalting manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral leadership to middle, high school, college students, and young adults.
• Teach Scripture faithfully and expositionally.
• Develop and lead a team of volunteers and leaders.
• Build relationships with students and families.
• Integrate student ministry into the broader mission of the church.
