Qualifications

• Strong relational, organizational, and initiative skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the overall vision and direction for Shades College ministry.
• Lead by example in personal discipleship and evangelism.
• Build meaningful relationships with college students and provide pastoral care.
• Shepherd students through campus time and one-on-one meetings.
• Champion a sending culture and develop a pathway for discipleship and mobilization.
• Lead College Worship with planning and sermon series in collaboration with college staff.
• Oversee ministry initiatives for ongoing discipleship.
• Partner with other church ministries to connect students and foster intergenerational experiences.
• Develop and shepherd college staff and volunteer leaders; nurture leadership pipelines.
• Regularly evaluate ministry effectiveness and manage budget.
• Support broader church mission and participate in church-wide initiatives.
