• Provide administrative leadership and support for Shades Students.
• Manage ministry communications, calendars, registrations, databases, records, and reporting.
• Coordinate logistics for student ministry environments, events, camps, retreats, and mission trips.
• Support volunteer onboarding, scheduling, communication, and organization.
• Assist with budget tracking, purchasing, reimbursements, and financial processes.
• Partner with the Student Minister, High School Minister, and Middle School Minister to ensure initiatives are organized and executed with excellence.
• Attend key student ministry gatherings and events to support operations.
