• Student ministry experience required.
• Biblical leadership and maturity in teaching the Word.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Team player in a fast-paced ministry environment.

Responsibilities

• Cast vision and oversee Student Ministries (Wednesday service, Connect Groups, school outreach) and major events across campuses.
• Develop a passion for unreached students within all Student Ministry areas.
• Recruit, train, and nurture volunteers; equip and delegate ministry work.
• Provide counseling to students/parents; make pastor visits; attend weekly staff meetings; model generosity and prayer.
• Serve as primary leader for Franklin Heights Student Ministry across all campuses.
