Ministry Boost is looking for a Pastor of Student Ministries to lead student programs and invest deeply in youth and their leaders. You'll be responsible for teaching, organizing outreach efforts and mentoring volunteers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong relational approach, valuing personal connections with students while overseeing growth initiatives within the church community.

Qualifications

• You personally pour into a smaller group of students and leaders.

• You recruit and equip volunteer leaders with intention.
• You can connect with teenagers in an authentic way.
• You collaborate within the church family and contribute beyond your ministry.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly programming for students, including teaching and small group discipleship.
• Build and shepherd a team of adult volunteer leaders.
• Develop a clear discipleship pathway for students.
• Manage outreach efforts and oversee mission opportunities.
• Provide mentorship to the Young Adult Ministry Leader.
