Qualifications

• Iowa licensure or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide short term personal counseling and assessment for students, individually or in groups.
• Provide crisis intervention services and crisis assessment.
• Engage in campus outreach and mental health promotion activities.
• Refer students to college services or external community mental health resources.
• Develop and conduct workshops on mental health, coping skills, and study strategies.
• Collaborate with Disability Services and other campus resources to support students.
