Washington State University seeks a Student Media Program Coordinator to provide critical financial, staffing, and public liaison support for the Office of Student Media. You will track advertising revenue, monitor student production, and process stipends while overseeing office operations.

This full-time, 100% FTE position is in-person in Pullman, WA. The role requires strong MS Office skills and the ability to collaborate across campus partners.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in the program specialty.
• Equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in financial activities such as purchasing, personnel and cost analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Track advertising revenue for the Office of Student Media.
• Monitor student production and process stipends.
• Manage front desk and office operations for daily functioning.
