Job summary

The Scion Group LLC in Starkville, MS is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead frontline staff, drive customer satisfaction, and support revenue goals through initiatives that foster a customer-centric culture.

The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced student housing environment across our Starkville communities.

Qualifications

• College graduate preferred.
• Two years of customer service, sales or community management experience preferred.
• Ability to work up to six days per week during peak times.
• Demonstrates a customer-centric mindset and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching for Experience Team Member staff performance.
• Assist General Manager with training and compliance across onsite staff.
• Plan and execute annual Turnover processes and support move-in/move-out.
• Inspect and report property curb appeal and appearance; coordinate work orders.
• Drive customer sales interactions and monitor KPIs to improve revenue and traffic.
• Lead marketing events, social media, and promotional activities within budget.
