Job summary

The University of Kansas in Lawrence is seeking a student hourly to support the technical operations of the Theatre and Dance department. You will assist with venue setup, maintenance, and running crew during rehearsals and live performances.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and operating professional audio systems as shown in application materials.
• Ability to function as the Front of House (FOH) audio engineer for departmental productions.

Responsibilities

• Venue setup and strike, configuring lighting, sound, seating for productions.
• Attend rehearsals and live performances as part of the running crew.
• Perform routine maintenance on theatrical systems and venue infrastructure.
• Assist with inventory management and departmental tasks.
