Job summary

Denver Seminary is seeking a Student Life Work Study to help implement student communication strategies and coordinate events. The role is part-time (about 10 hours/week) and runs from August 2026 through June 2027, supporting the Student Life Engagement Coordinator and Student Success Coordinator.

The position emphasizes social media management, event promotion, and light photography, with responsibilities across departments.

Qualifications

Experience in Social Media Marketing or a demonstrated eye for design.
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills required.
Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
Photography experience preferred.
Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and Meta Business Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

Supports logistics of community gatherings and student events with operational support.
Manages Student Life social media platforms and designs campaigns to communicate events and initiatives.
Attends events to take photos and provide support.
Assists print and distribution of advertising materials.
Maintains storage spaces for event materials.
Supports career and housing/job boards and future job fairs.
Assists the Engagement and Success Coordinators as priorities arise.
