Job summary

American Ballet Theatre seeks a Student Life Coordinator to build and manage programs for students outside the dance studio. You will support the Dean of Students and ABT Wellness and ABT RISE, helping grow Education Department programming and communicating initiatives internally and across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Create, coordinate, and maintain administration for Student Life.
• Organize filing systems and prepare agendas for meetings with staff, parents, students and new contacts.
• Coordinate communication between Dean, wellness team, staff and students.
• Manage wellness program initiatives and housing/tutoring needs.
• Serve as liaison for visa processes and housing/school research for students in NYC.
