Adams and Associates, Inc. seeks a Substitute Instructor for the Grafton Job Corps Center in North Grafton, MA. The role involves delivering instruction in the Education and Training department and supervising students when the instructor is absent.

Qualifications

Minimum of one-year experience in teaching or related field.
Certified, licensed, or accredited in the state in which the center is located, or is accredited by a professional trade organization.
For NTC, instructor must be certified by union or trade organization, or by a national trade certifying organization.
Previous Job Corps experience preferred.
Must possess a valid Drivers License and meet company insurability requirements.
Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds and/or the ability to assess the lift load.

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing instruction and training to students in the Education and Training department.
Supervises students in the absence of the instructor.
Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.
