Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; minimum three years of directly related experience.
• Experience in leadership, development, and programming for student organizations; knowledge of budgeting and fiscal management.
• Ability to write reports, policies and procedures; strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programs in assigned area with extensive planning and follow-through.
• Advise student groups on policies, programs, operations, and governance.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote campus activities and maximize involvement.
• Maintain relationships with student groups and external partners; ensure compliance with policies.
• Design and deliver leadership training and workshops; manage documentation and records.
• Assist in department activities, program evaluation, and policy development.
• Represent Student Life on committees and professional associations; participate in outreach.
