Job summary

SDSU Imperial Valley is seeking an Associated Students Coordinator to support student leadership activities, cultural programs, and governance operations at Calexico. You will liaison with SDSU Imperial Valley Associated Students and collaborate with campus partners to enhance student life.

The role includes administrative support for operations, scholarships, and events, with some evening/weekend hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in professional Student Services at the entry trainee level.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student leadership activities and campus events.
• Provide administrative support for Associated Students operations, including agendas, minutes, elections, and communications.
• Manage scholarship and operational processes, including purchasing, inventory, and vendor documentation.
• Support RSOs, Student Life programs, and campus traditions through resources and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with student leaders, faculty, and staff to promote an inclusive student experience at SDSU Imperial Valley.
