South Plains College in Levelland, TX is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for the Student Life office. This 12‑month, full‑time role manages daily operations, coordinates Summer Camps and New Student Orientation, and supports a wide range of student programs.
You will collaborate with Marketing to produce materials, manage social content, and supervise work‑study staff while maintaining records and reporting to the Director of Student Life.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school (preferred, but not required); or five year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office are required. Knowledge of additional software and the general computer proficiency are a plus.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to faculty and other employees of the college.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute basic statistics, compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
