The John M. Lilley Library at Penn State Behrend is seeking applicants for student library assistant positions for the fall 2026/spring 2027 semesters.
Work shifts will be scheduled around class schedules. Class schedule permitting, a successful candidate must be willing to work some weekday shifts beginning at 9:00am, some evening shifts until 10:00pm and alternate with other student library assistants to work a few Sunday shifts each semester.

This position plays an essential role in maintaining appropriate staffing levels during the library’s hours of operation, ensuring the continued integrity of the library’s collections and facilitating patrons’ access to the library’s resources and services.
The rate of pay is $12.00 per hour.
