Nebraska Methodist College is seeking a Learning Technology Success Coordinator to enhance student learning through effective use of learning technologies and academic platforms. You will lead onboarding, training, and coaching to build technology confidence, promote engagement, and ensure successful use of college-supported tools.

The role emphasizes collaboration with students, faculty, and IT to improve accessibility, adoption, and educational outcomes across learning environments.

Qualifications

• Ability to build positive relationships and provide effective coaching, consultation, and support to students, faculty, and staff in a student-centered environment.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver training, workshops, and learning resources for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of digital learning technologies, academic learning environments, and strategies that promote student engagement, success, and technology adoption.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary campus resource for students navigating learning technologies, academic platforms, and technology-enabled learning environments.
• Coordinate onboarding experiences that prepare students to successfully use college-supported technologies before and throughout their academic journey.
• Provide coaching, consultation, and guidance that promote technology confidence, self-sufficiency, academic engagement, and student success.
• Develop student-facing resources, workshops, tutorials, and self-service materials that support effective use of learning technologies.
• Identify technology-related barriers impacting the student experience and recommend improvements that enhance access, usability, engagement, and success.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and consultation for faculty and staff using learning technologies and academic platforms.
• Support faculty and employee adoption of learning technologies through workshops, one-on-one consultation, resource development, and practical guidance.
