Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Higher Education Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary campus resource for students navigating learning technologies and academic platforms.
• Coordinate onboarding experiences that prepare students to use college-supported technologies.
• Provide coaching and guidance to promote technology confidence, engagement, and success.
• Develop student-facing resources, workshops, and tutorials for learning technologies.
• Identify barriers and recommend improvements to enhance access and usability.
• Collaborate with IT and campus partners to ensure a coordinated student technology experience.
