Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Higher Education Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Information Systems, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Three years of experience supporting learning technologies in higher education or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Enhances student success and student experience by helping students, faculty, and staff engage with learning technologies and academic learning environments.
• Provides onboarding, training, consultation, and coaching that build technology confidence and promote engagement.
• Develops student-facing resources, workshops, tutorials, and self-service materials for learning technologies.
• Collaborates with IT and campus teams to support a coordinated student technology experience.
